Reaching there

Venice and Traviso are the two destinations located near to Cortina which can be reached by air with the purpose of accessing Cortina. Once one reached these destinations they can drive down to Cortina which will take them a maximum of 2 and a half hours to 2 hours respectively.

Skiing locations

There is something to look forward for each type of skier. With mostly gentle and soft slopes there is no denying the fact that this ski resort is best suited for the starters. The Socrapes area is where most of the ski beginners hit first. The other favourite haunts with skiers here in Cortina include the Faloria and Tofana areas. Expert skiers might find themselves with limited options and generally it is the slopes of the Tofana and Cristallo heights which they visit to practice and improve upon their skiing skills and maneuvers.  Apart from these mentioned areas there is also the option of the Sella Ronda circuit and the Hidden valley area which are open for skiing enthusiasts to explore and enjoy.
